Display
According to leaks, the Oppo K14 Plus 5G could feature a 6.75-inch LCD display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate, which has been a common feature across the K14 lineup. One of the most interesting details is the claimed peak brightness of up to 3,600 nits. If confirmed, this could make the phone particularly impressive in this price segment, especially for visibility under direct sunlight. A flat-edge design and slim bezels have also reportedly been seen in retail box leaks.
Processor
Oppo has not officially revealed the chipset yet. However, since both the K14 5G and K14x 5G are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, industry experts expect the K14 Plus 5G could also use a chip from the same Dimensity 6300 family or an upgraded version. This would align with its “Powered to Perform” tagline.
The device is also tipped to feature a large 5,000mm² vapor chamber cooling system, which could help improve sustained performance and thermal management during gaming and other demanding tasks.
Camera
In terms of cameras, the K14 Plus 5G is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens, similar to other models in the K14 series. The phone could also feature an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Since these specifications have not been officially confirmed, the exact camera hardware will only become clear at the time of launch.
Geekbench and Performance
Since the Oppo K14 Plus 5G has not launched yet, there is currently no official Geekbench score available for the device.
For reference, other phones in the same K-series family have recorded the following Geekbench multi-core scores: the Oppo K14 5G, powered by the Dimensity 6300, reportedly scored around 2015, while the Oppo K14x 5G, which uses the same chipset with lower RAM, scored around 1869.
If the K14 Plus 5G is based on the same chipset family, its performance could be expected to be in a similar range. However, the exact benchmark results can only be confirmed after official testing.

Storage and RAM
According to leaked listings, the base variant could come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Oppo often offers higher RAM and storage configurations in its K-series smartphones, such as 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, so the K14 Plus 5G could also be available in multiple configurations.
Expandable storage support is also expected, as it has traditionally been one of the useful features offered in the K-series.
Media, Connectivity and Other Features
In terms of connectivity, the Oppo K14 Plus 5G is expected to support 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C, along with other standard connectivity features.
For durability, the phone has been tipped to feature a possible IP69 rating, which would provide protection against dust and water. The design is expected to feature a flat frame with physical buttons, while teaser images have reportedly shown dual-tone colour options such as Orange and Grey.
For media playback, the smartphone is expected to offer standard stereo speakers and multimedia codec support, similar to other devices in the K-series.
Expected Price in India
The Oppo K14 Plus 5G is expected to be the most premium model in the K-series because of its “Plus” branding. Therefore, its price is likely to be higher than the Oppo K14 5G, which is priced at ₹25,999, and the K14x 5G, priced at ₹21,999.
According to industry reports, the Oppo K14 Plus 5G could be priced at ₹30,000 or slightly above, potentially making it the most expensive smartphone in Oppo’s K-series so far.
The smartphone is expected to be sold on Flipkart as a “Flipkart Unique” offering.
Conclusion
The Oppo K14 Plus 5G could become the most capable and premium smartphone in the K-series if the leaked specifications turn out to be accurate. The device is expected to offer a large battery, a powerful cooling system, a bright display, and a balanced camera setup.
However, details such as the processor, exact RAM and storage configurations, and final pricing are still awaiting official confirmation. If you are looking for a new, durable, and performance-focused Oppo smartphone in the upper mid-range segment, the K14 Plus 5G is a device worth keeping an eye on.
This article will be updated once Oppo officially announces the launch date and confirms the final specifications.
